With responsibility for housing, C\u0153ur de France approved its PLUi-H on 30 June 2021, in which the Programme d'Orientations et d'Actions (POA) provides for the creation of the Observatoire de l'Habitat, in order to better understand and anticipate housing needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
