New governance for the Cœur de France Community of Communes
During the constitutive council meeting held on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 at 6:00 PM, the Cœur de France Intercommunal Community proceeded with the election of its new executive committee.
The community elected officials have appointed the following new team:
President: Emmanuel RIOTTE
First Vice-President for Foresight: Michelle RIVET
2nd Vice-President for Finance: Patrick RAVARD
Third Deputy President responsible for Urban Development, Housing and itinerant French citizens: Arnaud CHAMPAGNEUX
4th Vice-President for Living Environment and Balnéor: Clarisse DULUC
5th Vice-President in charge of Economy and Tourism: Patrick BIGOT
6th Vice-President for Water, Energy, and Sanitation: Pascal AUPY
7th Vice-President for Environment: Philippe AUZON
8th Vice-President for Health: Desislava DIMOV
9th Vice-President in charge of Roads and Public Lighting: Olivier PARILLAUD
This new governance will have the mission of defining and implementing the strategic directions for the territory, in conjunction with the member municipalities.
