Building and landscaping

Before any work is carried out on a property or building, planning permission must be sought. This application must be made to the town hall where the work is to be carried out.

Electronic filing via a one-stop shop has been possible since 1 January 2022.

Please note! As of 1er From 1 January 2025, new regulations will require legal entities to submit their applications electronically for municipalities with more than 3,500 inhabitants. If you are a legal entity, you will not be able to submit your application on paper by post or to the department secretariat.
