What is the PLUi-H?
- The presentation report is the document that contains the main elements of the diagnosis of the area, the initial state of the environment, i.e. the environmental «state of health» of the area, and the justifications for the project choices.
- The PADD - The Projet d'Aménagement et de Développement Durables (Sustainable Planning and Development Project) sets out the broad guidelines for regional development over the next 10 to 15 years. It is a political project that sets out a shared vision for housing, the economy and economic development, tourism, agriculture, the environment, risks and nuisances, transport and travel, etc.
- OAP - Orientations d'Aménagement et de Programmation (Development and Programming Guidelines) These are zooms on key sectors (entrance to the town, central village square, etc.) where it is important to determine and draw up a detailed plan of the buildings to be constructed and to provide a framework for the improvements to be made (roads, parking, siting of buildings, green spaces, etc.).
- The POA - Guidance and Action Programme is the instrument for implementing the housing policy. It describes the framework for housing actions that will enable the principles and objectives set out in the PADD to be met, specifying the provisional timetable, the partners, the players responsible for implementation, the funding arrangements, etc.
- Written and graphic regulations allows the land-use plan to be broken down to the plot level. Each area is classified into a type of zone (agricultural, urban development, natural and urban), which may themselves be sub-zoned, with indices to clarify certain nuances. The regulations specify the type and form of buildings permitted.
- The appendices include network plans (drinking water, sewerage, etc.), public utility easements relating, for example, to transport infrastructure or risk prevention, additional documents for information purposes, etc.
